Editorial system

Guarded AI content pipeline.

Digital Employees uses AI to assist with briefs, outlines, drafts, fact checks, SEO recommendations, and metadata, but every page requires human approval before publication. Local commands live in the Git workflow: brief, draft, review, approve, publish-approved, validate, and refresh-queue.

Agent roles

Separated tasks reduce risk.

Keyword Research Agent

Classify the target keyword by intent, audience, funnel stage, business value, and required page type. Return a concise brief, not a draft.

Do not invent volume, difficulty, or ranking data. Mark missing data as needs-research.

Outline Agent

Create an H1/H2/H3 outline with a direct answer block, FAQ candidates, internal links, and claims that need sources.

Every section must support one search intent and one clear reader outcome.

Drafting Agent

Draft helpful, original content in the Digital Employees voice using the approved outline, service context, and source requirements.

Do not make legal, medical, financial, guaranteed ranking, or guaranteed revenue claims.

Fact-Checking Agent

Review every factual claim, mark unsupported claims, request sources, and reject anything that cannot be verified.

Unsupported statistics, competitor claims, and current-event claims must be removed or sourced.

SEO Optimization Agent

Suggest title, description, canonical path, schema type, internal links, answer block improvements, and FAQ markup.

Optimize for clarity and usefulness. Do not keyword-stuff or add unrelated topics.

Human Editor

Approve, request revisions, or reject the piece based on accuracy, originality, usefulness, brand fit, and conversion relevance.

No page publishes without human approval.

Quality gates

  • Every factual claim that needs evidence has a source.
  • The page has one clear search intent and one primary conversion action.
  • Title, description, canonical URL, schema, and internal links are present.
  • The article includes a concise answer block near the top.
  • No copied source text, unsupported legal claims, or unreviewed customer promises.
  • A human editor approves tone, accuracy, and business fit before publish.

Human review checklist

  • The target audience and search intent are clear.
  • The answer block can stand alone as a 40 to 70 word response.
  • Sources support claims that need verification.
  • The content is original and not a rewrite of a competitor page.
  • The page links to at least one relevant service page and one supporting resource when available.
  • Metadata, canonical URL, schema, and sitemap inclusion are ready.
  • A human reviewer approves the page before publication.

Rate limits

Scale only as fast as quality allows.

Publish a small batch first, then measure indexing and engagement before scaling.

Refresh high-value content monthly using Search Console queries and conversion data.

Queue no more AI drafts than a human can review with care.

Pause automated drafting if quality checks repeatedly fail.
